Nestled in the greenery of a 50-hectare estate planted with vines and olive trees, the apartments are located in 4 stone hamlets, surrounded by gardens and connected by scenic lanes on a hillside 7 km from Florence.

The Villa of Poggio Arniano, with its intimate interior garden atmosphere, is the oldest nucleus of the estate. It houses apartments of various sizes with a rustic and eclectic flavor, respecting the value of this historic residence.
At La Stecca you will find real vacation homes for 2 or 3 people, with private outdoor space distributed between two structures, both with a unique and unmistakable character just a stone’s throw from the pool and tennis court.
In the Borgo de I Rossi, with its large stone courtyard, braziers and garden dotted with olive trees overlooking the valley, silence reigns and above all privacy. The largest solutions for up to 6 people can be found here.
The Le Pergole complex is an old farmhouse perched on the estate’s highest knoll in the same building as the L’Osteria del Milione restaurant, with unforgettable views of Florence Cathedral.

The natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside will make you forget you are just a stone’s throw from the center of Florence, and the explosion of colors in springtime will enchant your senses. Everything here is authentic and pristine. Wild animals such as families of fawns, wild boars, squirrels, hares, small birds of prey and water turtles live here in total freedom in the ponds near the valley. Here people live in harmony with nature, and each season brings its own delicacies: taste a walnut or fig picked straight from the tree, or a bunch of grapes while walking through the vineyard. In fact, in the estate’s park you will find cherry trees, wild plum trees, almond trees, pomegranates, mulberry and brambleberries, and a delightful corner of aromatic plants.

An open-air museum. Staying here you can be enchanted by the private collection of timeless works of art scattered around the estate and as adornment in the apartments.

The original owner was a silversmith craftsman, Brandimarte, who liked to call himself a shepherd, a stone quarryman, and finally a silversmith. The boroughs hosted young artists who went to Florence for studies and left the signature of their artistic passion here.

Simply by walking around you can spot authentic works of art, semi-hidden sculptures, wall statues, totally frescoed walls or paintings carved in stone. Unique details on the exterior and interior of the dwellings added extra flair to the furnishings and every corner of the estate, such as the life-size statue of 7 children overlooking the lake.

In an old farmhouse at the highest point of the estate with a wonderful stone terrace and wooden furnishings is L’Osteria del Milione, the externally run restaurant.
Stefano and his staff will amaze your palate with traditional Tuscan recipes and first-rate ingredients. Wine glasses by candlelight with Florence and the hill of Fiesole in the background. The aroma wafting from the grilled meat on the large outdoor brazier during summer evenings makes a dinner for those staying here a must.

A la carte and table service menus on the beautiful rooftop terrace. Takeaway service always in operation. Open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner (7:30 to 10 p.m.) and on weekends and holidays also for lunch (12:30 to 2:30 p.m.). Reservations are recommended 055 2047922.
